Join Our Team of Domiciliary Carers in Hertfordshire!

A smiling carer and a woman in a wheelchair share a joyful moment together in a brightly lit room. The woman in the wheelchair is wearing sunglasses and a blue top, while the carer looks at her warmly, showing genuine care and connection.
Compassion in action – building bonds that brighten lives.

At ENA Care Group, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care that enables individuals to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are now looking for passionate and committed domiciliary carers to join our team in Hertfordshire, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your local community.

Being a Carer in Hertfordshire

Unlike live-in care, as a domiciliary carer, you’ll support clients during regular visits to their homes rather than living with them. This allows clients to maintain their independence while receiving the essential care they need. Your role will be vital in ensuring clients receive personalised assistance and companionship while continuing to live comfortably in their familiar surroundings.

The Role:

As a domiciliary carer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Supporting medication management.

  • Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks.

  • Offering companionship and emotional support during visits.

  • Assisting clients in maintaining their independence while living at home.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates starting from £12.50 per hour.

  • Flexible working hours to suit your schedule, including full-time and part-time opportunities.

  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support, with plenty of opportunities for career development.

  • A supportive team and a chance to work within your local community.

  • Mileage allowance for travel between client visits.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for care. While previous experience in a care setting is helpful, it’s not essential as we provide full training. The qualities we value most are:

  • A kind and empathetic nature.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Reliability and the ability to work independently.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

  • The right to work in the UK.

Whether you’re new to the care sector or looking for the next step in your care career, ENA Care Group is here to support you every step of the way.
