Originally from Chile, I relocated to the United Kingdom in 1985, where I began my business career. Over the years, I have worn many hats, from working as a technician to becoming a franchise owner, with each role contributing to my broad skill set. In 1992, I earned a Diploma in Business from the University of Bedfordshire, which laid a strong foundation for my professional journey. Two years later, in 1994, my spouse Clare and I co-founded ENA Care Group Ltd, a business born out of our own personal experiences with care provision and our desire to provide quality care to others. I completed a master's in business administration in 2001 to further refine my expertise in business management. At ENA Care Group Ltd, I have had the privilege of serving in several key roles, including managing the financial operations and working as the Registered Manager. My commitment to leadership extends beyond the company, as I have actively contributed to various charitable organisations. I’ve served as Company Secretary and Treasurer for organisations such as the Anglo-Chilean Society and the Anglo-Latin-American Foundation, helping to foster connections between cultures and communities. In addition to my business and charitable work, I have dedicated significant time to public service. I served as a local Councillor for 12 years, where I oversaw several committees, including Vice chairman, finance, planning, and human resources, and helped shape policies that benefited our local community. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being involved in sports, notably as a referee for the England Volleyball Association. In recognition of my contributions to the community, I was honoured with the Freedom of the City of London in 2014. I am also a proud Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, reflecting my passion for continuous learning and community engagement. Above all, I am incredibly proud of my personal life as a father to seven wonderful children and a grandfather to seven equally amazing grandchildren. My family continues to inspire and support me in all of my endeavours.
Co-founder and owner of the ENA Care Group. I am an active director overseeing both the service delivered to clients and carers and the home-care team. I've been back since March 2012, after taking a ridiculously long maternity break. I jump at any opportunity to get back into uniform and brush up on my nursing skills. My role in the company is all about the service we deliver to both our clients and carers. I have a dream to become the best home-care provider in the UK and I spend most of my time troubleshooting and searching for ways to improve. My favourite part of the job is visiting and speaking to clients and carers alike. If you would like a visit or a call, please drop me an email.

The ENA Care Journey
1. Enquiry
Your journey with ENA begins with an enquiry. You can reach out to us via phone, email, or our website to express your interest. A dedicated team member will respond to your enquiry to discuss your specific care needs and preferences, provide information about our services, and answer any questions you may have.
This is an essential step to ensure we understand your requirements and how we can best assist you.
2. Assessment
With your needs understood, the next step is the Care Assessment. This detailed evaluation is typically conducted in your own home, by one of our experienced Care Managers.
The assessment captures a comprehensive understanding of your personal, clinical, and social needs to tailor a care plan that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
3. Carer Selection
Based on your new, personalised care plan, we match you with one or more of our qualified and compassionate carers. We consider various factors such as personality, interests, and the specific skills needed to meet your care requirements.
Our goal is to find a carer who not only fits your needs professionally but also personally, as building a positive relationship is key to the success of your care.
4. Ongoing Support
Once care has commenced, your dedicated Care Manager remains actively involved to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.
We conduct regular check-ins and home visits with you to assess the care plan's effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments. Our support team is also available 24/7 to address any concerns or changes in your condition, ensuring peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
