We offer two types of care roles:
Domiciliary Care – available in Hertfordshire
Live-In Care – available across England and Wales
Whether you’re visiting clients for scheduled care or providing full-time live-in support, you’ll play a vital role in improving lives and supporting independence.
🏡 What being a Carer means.
Domiciliary Care (Hertfordshire only):
As a domiciliary carer, you’ll visit clients in their homes on scheduled shifts. You’ll help them maintain independence while receiving essential care and companionship, supporting them to live comfortably and safely in their familiar environment.
Live-In Care (England & Wales):
As a live-in carer, you’ll reside with your client, providing continuous support around the clock. This ensures clients can stay at home while receiving personalised care tailored to their needs, promoting wellbeing, dignity, and security.
Both roles are crucial for enhancing quality of life and allowing people to remain in their own homes.
💖 The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
🧼 Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
💊 Medication Support: Ensuring medicines are taken safely and on time
🍳 Meal Preparation & Household Tasks: Helping clients eat well and maintain a safe, clean home
🤝 Companionship: Offering conversation, emotional support, and social engagement
🏠 Independence Support: Encouraging clients to continue daily activities safely
💼 What We Offer
💷 Competitive rates starting from £17.00 per hour (domiciliary) or from £750 per week ( Live-In )
🕒 Flexible hours – full-time, part-time, and live-in placements available
🎓 Comprehensive training and ongoing career development

🚗 Mileage allowance for travel between clients (domiciliary) and reimbursement for travel ( Live-In )
🛏️ Accommodation during the induction week ( for our Live-In trainees )
🥪 Breakfast and lunch provided during the induction week
📄 Payment for an Enhanced DBS check. ( Although being on the DBS update service is preferable )
🌟 Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior experience – full training is provided! We’re seeking carers with:
❤️ A kind, empathetic nature
💬 Excellent communication skills
✅ Reliability and the ability to work independently
🚗 A full UK driving licence ( for all roles ) and access to a car (essential for domiciliary roles as you will be travelling between clients’ homes )
🇬🇧 The right to work in the UK
