We pride ourselves on being a family-run business with over 30 years’ experience in live-in and hourly care. We carefully select and train our carers to deliver compassionate, professional care that prioritises clients’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Our owners are still very much involved in the day-to-day running of the service.
Can ENA Care Group support clients with complex needs?
Yes. Our team is trained to support clients with a variety of complex needs, including long-term conditions, mobility support, dementia care, and post-hospital care.
Carers are trained by our in-house training team, who are CPD-accredited.
Can ENA Care Group help arrange funding for care?
Yes! While we do not provide the funding ourselves, we can guide you through the options available. This includes explaining Direct Payments, local authority funding, NHS continuing healthcare, and private funding. Our team can help you complete applications and make the process as straightforward as possible so you can get the support you need.
Do you provide care for elderly clients?
Yes, we provide elderly home care, helping older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Our carers are experienced in supporting a wide range of needs, including complex care requirements.
How do I arrange care for myself or a loved one?
You can contact us directly by phone, email, or via our website. One of our Care Managers will get back to you to discuss your needs, carry out an assessment, and create a personalised care plan that works for you, all in your own time and with no pressure.
Can I choose my carer?
We strive to match clients with carers who meet their specific preferences and needs. Where possible, we aim to provide continuity by assigning familiar carers to the same client.
What areas do you cover?
We provide hourly home care services across Hertfordshire, including Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Wheathampstead, and surrounding towns.
Our live-in care service covers the whole of England and Wales.
How much does care with ENA Care Group cost?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Hourly service costs depend on the length of care visits and whether they take place on weekdays, weekends, or Bank Holidays. We don’t charge extra for different levels of support — it’s a “one size fits all” approach.
Our Live-In service costs start from £1400 per week.
