Continuity of Care

We very much appreciated the time taken to listen to us and to offer us your knowledgeable advice and suggestions on how all parties can improve on what we are doing.

I’d like to formally put in writing our thanks to Clare and all at ENA for the efforts that are made on J's behalf. We recognise how difficult things are in the industry and do appreciate that these are difficult times. We sincerely hope however that the situation may start to turn a corner and that things will now start to improve somewhat.

We are approaching a year since we restarted with ENA and two things have been especially appreciated, the continuity of care and the exceptional quality of the training.
