From our experienced care managers and recruitment specialists to our devoted live-in and hourly carers working across the country, every member of our team shares the same goal: to provide personalised, reliable, and high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

  • I live in Hertfordshire with my wife and two teenage children. My professional journey in Health and Social Care began in 2009, following a career in London-based law firms. Since then, I have achieved multiple qualifications and developed extensive experience supporting clients with a range of conditions, including Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Traumatic Brain Injuries. I spent seven years as a private Personal Assistant for a young man living with a Traumatic Brain Injury. 

    In September 2022, I joined ENA Care Group as a Care Manager, where I was responsible for supporting clients and carers across the Home Counties. 

    In March 2025, I was promoted to Acting Registered Manager, utilising my knowledge and experience of ENA and the Care Sector to lead my team in embodying the ethos and values of the company we work for. 

    I am proud to uphold and reflect the organisation’s core values of Enabling, Nurturing, and Aspiring in all aspects of my work. I thrive on the daily challenges and variety my role offers, approaching each day with empathy, professionalism, and an open mind. 

    Outside of work, I am passionate about spending quality time with my family. I enjoy participating in leisure activities such as barbecues, dining out, cinema, live music events, weekend breaks, camping and the odd evening of Bingo! 

  • My career in health and social care started by chance when I began volunteering for the Alzheimer's Society in 2011, after a loved one was diagnosed. I helped set up charity walks and assisted with coffee mornings and healthy hubs. Soon after, I began studying towards my Health and Social Care qualifications while working full-time in a Residential/Dementia/Nursing care home. After a few years, I transferred to the company's sister home, an Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation centre, supporting patients by enabling them to live independently at home after their stay, which led to my transition into the domiciliary care environment. Over the last ten years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the field, which allows me to really harness ENA's values of enabling, nurturing and aspiring our clients. My favourite aspect of the role is ensuring that clients are living in their preferred way, doing the things they enjoy and have the appropriate help along the way. 

  • "With over 20 years of experience in healthcare services, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals in need. As a Care Manager, I specialise in coordinating personalised care plans that prioritise the well-being and independence of my clients. 

    My background includes working in the Department of Medicine and Geriatrics in one of the hospitals in Hong Kong. I specialise in Haematology and Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant coordination. I was a Cancer Case Manager who conducted comprehensive assessments of patients' medical, emotional, and social needs. 

    I am passionate about improving the quality of life, and I approach each client with empathy, respect, and professionalism. Whether navigating complex medical issues, coordinating services and supporting individuals with disabilities, I am devoted to promoting dignity, autonomy, and holistic wellness." In September 2022, I joined ENA Care Group as a Care Manager, where I was responsible for supporting clients and carers across the Home Counties.

  • Hi, I’m Judd! 

    I’ve been working in healthcare for over seven years, with part of that time spent in the office supporting both carers and clients. I joined ENA in April, and it has been a great experience so far. I’ve enjoyed getting to know my clients, our amazing carers, and the rest of the team — it truly feels like a big, welcoming family, and I’m grateful to be a part of it. 

    Everyone here has been helpful and positive, making every day feel uplifting and meaningful. Outside of work, I love spending time in nature and going for drives to unwind. I also really enjoy sharing a laugh and seeing joy on other people’s faces. I find that laughter is the best kind of therapy for the body and soul"

  • I am an Hourly Care Coordinator with a strong passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. I take pride in supporting care teams and ensuring that clients receive consistent, compassionate support tailored to their individual needs. With a creative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a calm, solution-focused approach, I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both the people we care for and the carers I work alongside. 

    Beyond my professional role, I’m deeply inspired by technology, nature, and photography — capturing life’s moments and staying connected to the world around me. I also have a keen interest in science and astronomy, often finding perspective and wonder in the vastness of the universe. 

  • "My name is Tsitsi Manyathela. I moved from Zimbabwe to the UK in 2022 to start my career at ENA as a live-in carer, working my way up to my current position as Scheduling Manager. 

    My caregiving journey began over six years ago, helping family and friends with severe health issues, sparking my passion for positively impacting those in need. I pursued certifications in Home-Based Care, enabling me to offer compassionate, personalised care. I later earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Zimbabwe Open University in 2020. I have also worked with various organisations, including the UK-based CheckUp Health Clinic, assisting a diverse range of clients, from children with cerebral palsy to elderly individuals with chronic conditions. 

    Looking ahead, I am dedicated to contributing to ENA's growth, building meaningful relationships and upholding our core values of enabling, nurturing, and aspiring to impact both the organisation and the communities we serve positively."

  • "I started working as a training coordinator for ENA in June 2020. I began my career in health and social care by chance. I was young and volunteered at my local charity store to enable individuals who were living with a learning disability to achieve a paid role through the adapted training I provided them. I dedicated the next ten years to gaining knowledge, and skills, and experiencing every side of social care — from supported living, and learning disabilities to substance misuse, and of course my favourite subject Dementia. 

    I now get to support individuals not only gain the skills to provide quality care, but I also get to see the impact their care has on the individual they care for. I like to engage care staff to acknowledge the importance and value of their role as well as giving them the skills and confidence needed to provide the outstanding care ENA delivers." 

  • "I'm Zanompilo Manyathela from Zimbabwe, and I joined ENA a year ago with a robust background in accounting and organisational skills. I have worked in both the private sector and public institutions, including significant roles at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development and the Ministry of Finance. My expertise is further supported by an honours degree in Accounting, professional courses, and certifications in SAP FI. 

    With over 15 years of experience, I've developed a strong understanding of financial systems and regulations, leading critical projects under the World Bank's Public Financial Management Enhancement Project. My collaborative leadership style has been instrumental in achieving key milestones, such as the establishment of the Central Internal Audit Unit at the Ministry of Finance. 

    Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and table tennis." 

  • My name is Aleksandra, and I’m originally from Lithuania. I have been working as a Finance Officer at ENA Care Group since September 2024. I hold a diploma in Business Management and chose to further my education by specializing in accountancy to deepen my knowledge in this field. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in various finance roles. Working in finance presents constant challenges and excitement, which keeps my work engaging and fulfilling. I believe in lifelong learning and am always seeking new opportunities for growth, so you can expect me to take on new challenges soon! 

    Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my busy family, which includes my husband, three children, two dogs, and a cat. I'm passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and love to challenge myself with regular exercise, exploring different diets, and practicing various wellness techniques. I also enjoy singing in a local chorus, where I take part in free performances for the community, connecting with like-minded people who share my passion for music. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a company that aligns with my values and is dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives. I look forward to continuing my journey with ENA Care Group, contributing to our shared mission, and embracing the opportunities that lie ahead. 

  • Founder

    Originally from Chile, I relocated to the United Kingdom in 1985, where I began my business career. Over the years, I have worn many hats, from working as a technician to becoming a franchise owner, with each role contributing to my broad skill set. In 1992, I earned a Diploma in Business from the University of Bedfordshire, which laid a strong foundation for my professional journey. Two years later, in 1994, my spouse Clare and I co-founded ENA Care Group Ltd, a business born out of our own personal experiences with care provision and our desire to provide quality care to others. I completed a master's in business administration in 2001 to further refine my expertise in business management. At ENA Care Group Ltd, I have had the privilege of serving in several key roles, including managing the financial operations and working as the Registered Manager. My commitment to leadership extends beyond the company, as I have actively contributed to various charitable organisations. I’ve served as Company Secretary and Treasurer for organisations such as the Anglo-Chilean Society and the Anglo-Latin-American Foundation, helping to foster connections between cultures and communities. In addition to my business and charitable work, I have dedicated significant time to public service. I served as a local Councillor for 12 years, where I oversaw several committees, including Vice chairman, finance, planning, and human resources, and helped shape policies that benefited our local community. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being involved in sports, notably as a referee for the England Volleyball Association. In recognition of my contributions to the community, I was honoured with the Freedom of the City of London in 2014. I am also a proud Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, reflecting my passion for continuous learning and community engagement. Above all, I am incredibly proud of my personal life as a father to seven wonderful children and a grandfather to seven equally amazing grandchildren. My family continues to inspire and support me in all of my endeavours.

  • Founder

    I am an active director overseeing both the service delivered to clients and carers and the home-care team. I've been back since March 2012, after taking a ridiculously long maternity break. I jump at any opportunity to get back into uniform and brush up on my nursing skills. My role in the company is all about the service we deliver to both our clients and carers. I have a dream to become the best home-care provider in the UK and I spend most of my time troubleshooting and searching for ways to improve. ​ My favourite part of the job is visiting and speaking to clients and carers alike.   • I’ve been part of ENA Care Group Team for many years. I love being part of a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives every day. Family is really important to me and I’ve enjoyed working at ENA as they enable people to live the way they would choose. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or keeping active with CrossFit.
