ENA awarded 3 Stars for its Service
ENA Live-In Care services awarded full marks (3 stars) for its services
by the national inspection and monitoring agency - the ‘Care Quality
Commission’ (CQC). Formerly known as the Commission for Social Care
Inspection (CSCI), the CQC recently audited ENA and reported that it
was very pleased with the quality of its services.
Receiving the maximum three stars for its care service standard, ENA
was complemented on the way in which care packages are tailored to suit
clients. Carers are trained and supported to enable long-term placements
through co-ordinator support.
Elaine Godfrey , Care Manager thanked everyone for their hard work and
dedication to ENA’s quality standards: “Three stars is an excellent
recognition of high standards which we are pleased to receive.”
Elaine confirmed ENA’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards
of professionalism and reliability in providing its services. She
acknowledged the hard work of the many carers who make up ENA’s dedicated
live-in workforce; “they do such amazing work for our clients and deserve
all our efforts of support.”
