How to Apply for Work with ENA

Eligibility:
If you are unsure about whether you should apply, you can either give us a call or complete the brief registration form page (see below). One of our team will contact you to have a quick chat about your application. If we feel you are suitable for the kind of carework that we do we will organise an interview time and date with you.  We interview every Tuesday and Thursday in central London and we will help you with directions to the interview.

Interview - What to bring with you:
If you are coming along for an interview it would be useful if you could bring along the following items with you:- * Your Passport / work permit
* Your Driving Licence (if applicable)
* Your National Insurance card or proof of your number (if you have one)
* 2 passport size photographs of yourself
* The name and contact number/address (e-mail and fax if possible) of three people you have worked for in the past who could be relied upon to return a reference form we would send to them ASAP.
* A police check if you already have one. If you don't have one we can organise this for you.

Training:
If you are successful at interview you will be asked to come to our 4 day (free) training course which is usually run from Monday to Thursday every week at our offices which are located just 20 minutes north of London by train.  Most of our trainees stay in London and travel by train to our offices every day.  We pay travel costs from London to the training and we provide you with sandwiches for lunch. We do have a number of places in free accomodation if you are coming from further away. As a company it costs us a lot of money to train each applicant who comes to training and we would not be spending this money on training applicants every week if we were not committed to placing each of them in work as soon as possible.  We have approximately 130 clients on our books so we always have work available, so it is very unusual for applicants to leave our training course without a work commitment.

We look forward to hearing from you :
We regularly interview new candidates on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week in central London. If you are interested in coming along for an interview you can:-
